Individual counseling is when an individual receives one on one counseling with a trained professional. The individual receives support with challenges one is facing in their life. Examples of personal topics discussed in individual counseling are anger, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, marriage and relationship challenges, parenting problems, school difficulties, career changes etc.

Diagnostics Assessment (first session) is $175 for all self paid clients. Telehealth Only

Couples counseling is a form of counseling for intimate partners (married and unmarried couples). The couple works to resolve conflicts that are impacting their relationship. The goal is to establish attainable expectations and goals for their relationship

Family counseling is aimed at helping everyone in the family support and understand each other. Family is considered a group of people who care about each other and/or consider each other family. Family counseling can include parents, children, partners, grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, caregivers and more. Topics discussed in therapy include but are not limited to change in family dynamics, mental health concerns, substance use, divorce, trauma , moving and more.

Child/Adolescent Counseling

Child and adolescent counseling focus on counseling for young children, adolescents, and teenagers. Just like adults, young children, adolescents, and teenagers deal with daily stressors. The goal is to assist with expressing feelings, problem solving, identify triggers and causes of distress, behavior concerns and more. At times parents and/or caregivers will be included in the process for support on strategies and more.

Group counseling is a form of therapy that includes one or more clinician working with multiple people at the same time. Group counseling allow that group participants to see that they are not alone with their life concerns. It allows for the clients to have support from others who understand their daily struggles. Possible topics include self-esteem, anger management, substance recovery, trauma and more.
